In memory of Roger...
Some weeks have passed since we lost our friend Roger in a tragic accident at the Oberalp Pass. It is still incredibly difficult to understand what happened. We would like to continue to ride with him over the passes in his thoughts, feel the rush of speed on the surfaces and enjoy nature together.
In honor of Roger we have created a sock. May we introduce: Freddy - the hedgehog.
Freddy is Roger's mascot. He was always with us and has unwound thousands of kilometers on his stem with him. Roger still had many plans. He wanted to tackle the Race Across America RAAM. During the planning the slogan "are you Freddy?" was born. Are you ready with Freddy to take on the challenge? I think he would have been...
With the income from the socks we want to do good. Something that Roger would have supported. We decided with his Philipps Bike Team to donate the proceeds from the sale of the socks to the Swiss Sports Aid. The Schweizer Sporthilfe foundation accompanies Swiss athletes on their way to the top of the world.
